Hi cutie! Okay. well, you probably already know that the only safe and healthy way to lose fat is eating healthy and working out, there’s no magic trick! So, the most important thing is your diet. Try cutting out processed food, meat and dairy. Also, don’t be afraid to eat!! Please don’t cut calories, it’s just gonna slow down your metabolism and you’re gonna feel like shit.
Working out is also important. Try to do both strengh training (pilates, weight machines, etc.) and cardio. The most important thing in working out is finding something that you truly enjoy! Even if it’s hula hooping! Doing something that you hate is the worst, plus you’re not gonna be persistant.
I can’t tell you how long it’s gonna take because EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT. Try to not make ‘losing fat’ a goal, but more being healthy! Good luck fruitcup xx
